I was looking to buy my first home near the end of 1989 when the market seemed to be getting out of control and worried me that if I didn’t buy something soon I would not be able to afford to get into the market.
After moving into the home I bought and it being a less than perfect experience for several reasons, I decided I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I did buying their first home. I was licensed to sell real estate by May 1991 and focused on first time buyers as I wanted to make a difference and a very pleasant exciting experience.
I have seen many changes over the years for the good of the industry and thoroughly still enjoy what I do all these years later. Many of my 1st time buyers have become 2nd and 3rd time buyers now and I have built great relationships with many. For most people their home is their largest lifetime purchase and should get the best possible service from the realtor they choose to represent them.
