"Cheryl Jackson was my realtor when I purchased my home about 10 years ago.
I had asked Cheryl to keep an eye out for condos as my Mom was thinking about selling her house and downsizing to a condo.
As time went on Mom's health was deteriorating, and it was looking like a senior's home was a better option. Cheryl came to meet with my Mom and it was decided to start the process of getting her home ready for sale.
Cheryl lined up her stager Michele to give recommendations on the best way to show Mom's home.
All in about a week's time painters were hired, an electrician to update lighting, carpet cleaner, and a pre-home inspection was done. Michele came back to do the final staging and Cheryl had her cleaning service come in all at Cheryl's expense.
I was grateful all was taken care of as Mom went into the hospital and now I was in charge of all decisions.
The market was just starting to decline so I feel when Cheryl recommended getting the house on the market sooner than later was great advice.
Having Cheryl take care of everything certainly made my life easier at a difficult time due to Mom's health.
